The boys and leaders of Troop 6 welcome you!

Troop 6 welcomes all boys ages 11 to 18.

We have a vigorous outdoor and advancement program including year-round monthly overnight outings.  All activities are planned BY the boys FOR the boys with minimal adult intervention.  In this way, the boys of Troop 6 grow into independent, confident, responsible young men.  Our philosophy in all that we do is "Prepared for Life".

Any adult can register after completing the one hour online merit badge counselor training online and of course Youth Protection Training. Once complete send a copy of the Occoneechee Merit Badge selection form. to tiffany.edmiston@scouting.org. All new MBCs and those who did not renew in April, must fill out an adult application.
